General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) reached Poland on an official visit. During the visit COAS met Mr Mariusz Blaszczak, Minister of National Defence and Deputy Minister of National Defence. COAS also held separate meetings with Polish military leadership including Chief of General Staff, Commander of the Poland Armed Forces and Commander of Poland Land Forces. During the meetings, matters of mutual interest including emerging geo-strategic environment, regional security situation and measures to further enhance bilateral defence cooperation were discussed.
