Chairman Kashmir Council Europe (KC-EU) has expressed solidarity with the families of disappeared people in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK). In a statement on occasion of International Week of the Disappeared, Mr Ali Raza Syed said, We are with the families of the disappeared persons in IHK.
