Court stops expulsion of an allegedly Pakistani gang leader in Denmark

Though the Danish police have tried to expel the allegedly Pakistani gang leader but the court said no.
The man namely Shuaib Khan has been accused for terrorising the people by firing shots on the open street and as well threatening the police in Copenhagen.
The accused who is a Pakistani national, according to media reports, has been leader of banned “Loyal to Family” gang. He got a prison sentence of three months but court stop police from deporting him to Pakistan.
The prosecutor had demanded that Khan should be expelled from Denmark but the court said no this time.
The group Loyal to Family (LTF) has been introduced by media as a gang but the group says, it is gathering to strengthening brotherhood among the likeminded people.
